Her mission is to produce innovative and uplifting stage plays enriched with culturally sensitive, educational programming for youth. Through this platform, Crystal offers inspiring theatrical experiences while cultivating life skills in students and young adults.

Crystal is also a motivational speaker, author, and executive coach for nonprofit leaders. She has received numerous awards and certifications in recognition of her achievements with CHMBT, healthcare, and community impact. With a background in theology and business, holding a bachelor’s degree in theology and an MBA with a specialization in business management, Crystal brings both spiritual depth and strategic expertise to her work.
Her professional career includes roles in ministry, theater, finance, healthcare, insurance, safety, education, and nonprofit management. Across these fields, she has successfully led major community initiatives and large teams, making a lasting impact through her leadership.
