Cindy Koza is a purpose-driven entrepreneur, artist, and philosopher who transforms vision into impact. From a young age, she followed an inner compass that led her to forge her own path—graduating high school at 16, earning a philosophy degree while working nights, and buying her first home at 20. What began as a single act of compassion—bringing a paralyzed young man into her home—grew into a thriving network of group homes, supported living programs, and a full-service social agency.
Cindy has since launched multiple successful ventures across caregiving, real estate, coaching, and mental health—each one rooted in dignity, creativity, and community. She’s known for reimagining broken systems and building businesses that don’t just succeed—they serve. From opening Oregon’s first walk-in art and pottery studio to designing an inclusive mental health clinic for neurodiverse adults, Cindy’s work is about legacy: creating spaces where people are seen, supported, and empowered.
